DINING ROOM NEEDED SOMETHING SO

I went from this arrangement in the corner and stand and.
I added a new arrangement, I made this with items I had, and what a difference this made. I added a new container along with the arrangement, plus I added some turquoise color in this, and some peacock feathers.

I took my black and glass top table and added it in this room.

I love the copper in this room from curtains and other odd and ends but it was in need of something else I thought. This color added did it. and I love this color...it's my new now color.. This change cost me nothing, just took from other areas of our home...Aww I LIKE!! I will be adding a little bit more of this color through out to balance it.
Have a terrific day.

MONDAY MORNING AND BABY DUCKLINGS

What in the world is going on out there...I better get dressed and go see. This is what I saw this morning looking out my front door. This is on the street right in my front yard.

And across the street this lady was down in the hole also, litterly all I saw was her head hanging out. So when I got out there I found out some baby ducks fell through the grates. See in her hand that was the last one to come out out of the four.

So we went over to the driveway to release her to her momma and siblings.. she kept wanting to turn and go the other way.

See momma and the babies, waiting for her.

This momma had 9 little ones.

How cute they are. Just walking around.

AWWW she has all her ducks in a row..
What a sweet ending for a Monday morning, Of course I had to get my camera and shoot pictures while they were capturing these little sweeties...
Have a wonderful day.

NEED OPINION ON FRONT DOOR PLEASE

Good morning, hope you had a great weekend and you weren't one of those in the floods and tornado's.. if you were I pray all is safe and your ok.
I am in need of your opinion on our front door..First excuse the chair hubby had out...anyway Our siding is tan and the trim is white and we now have the green shutters...

Here is a view from across the street..What you ask what those people are doing by the mailbox...you have to wait and find out on next post..I need help now on my door color...

Hubby doesn't want to take shutters off and in his words PAINT THEM AGAIN....see I change my mind often..So I was thinking can I paint the door White? Oh not to get sidetracked but I'm sure you know that the CAVS are in the playoffs and we are now playing Boston Celtics...And the Celtics are going down this time....game 2 Tonight at 8....

Oh sorry I keep getting off track..anyways...See my wreath I just made..I added a little red cardinal in the bottom middle...But see how it doesn't show much the greenery on a green door.

Any thoughts out there I would love to hear them. I would even go with different color like red?? would that look like Christmas.. or can I go With some kind of tan....HELP..
Thanks so much,
Jolyn

PLEASE BE IN PRAYER WITH US..

Yesterday Kelsey was at her track meet.

Around 8 pm I got a text saying Kelsey broke her femur on our way to children's hospital. The prayers starting going up for her right away.

This is our sweet Kelsey, and dear friend of my Autumns. Kelsey is on left with purple shirt.
She is a gymnast, a cheerleader, and in track...along with many other talents...except singing..lol Just kidding Kels, I would love to hear you singing now sweetheart...

She was in tracion last night and did not have a good night...I love these 3 girls, This is miss Kyle in the middle along with Kelsey and Autumn.

So update for today, She goes in for surgery at 1:45 eastern today to have steel rod put in. Then back into traction.. I would love if you could be in prayer for her with us and for her family. It is a busy time of year, and her sister is in process of graduating so the family has a lot going on.
I thank you so much, When our friends are hurting we hurt with them...
Luv you,
Jolyn
